Early boarding

Most of our customers like to take advantage of our early boarding program. With this program you are able to board the boat the evening before departure; for example, if you are departing Monday morning you can board the boat Sunday evening at 5:00 PM, this gives you a chance to acclimate to the boat. Boarding time for early boarding is 5:00 PM. Early boarding can be purchased for $100. The boat will not cruise the evening of early boarding. Early boarding applies to Houseboat rental only.

Lake Guntersville Houseboat Rentals want to make sure your vacation is free from trouble. We recognize the enjoyment you have on your vacation is directly related to how well we train you to operate the boat and its equipment. Therefore, as many crew members as possible should be involved in the training course. We know the better trained you are to operate the boat, the more fun you will have. No training courses will be given while one or more members of your crew are inebriated.

There are no pets allowed on board during your cruise.

Pilot (responsible person) must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers license.

A rental agreement must be signed prior to debarkation.

Houseboat and Party Barge will not be permitted to lock thru Lake Guntersville Dam

Party Barge is limited to day cruises only and must be returned by 5pm.  Full day rental only for weekends and holidays.

Reservations

Reserve early to ensure your choice of dates. Most trips are planned well in advance, however cancellations sometimes allow for last minute reservations. The reservation deposit of $500.00 for houseboat and $150 for Party Barge converts to a security/damage deposit at check in and is refunded via mail 7-10 days after your return provided the boat is returned on time, undamaged, and with all inventory in tact.

Party Barge deposit, if made in cash, can be refunded at time of check-in if all above conditions are met.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to your email address upon receipt or your deposit.

Full payment for your cruise must be received not later than 30 days prior to your boarding date.

Cancellations 30 days or less prior to boarding will forfeit reservation deposit and rental fee.
